First Energy Services Conference in Malaysia!

ARENA attended the first Energy Services conference in Malaysia, organized by MAESCO (Malaysia Association of Energy Service Companies http://www.maesco.org.my/).

The Conference draw attention on the big opportunities for Energy Efficiency (EE) projects as well

as the challenges ahead and the lack of incentives from the Government that are required to

attract public and private sector to invest into Energy Efficient Technologies.

Malaysia has committed to reduce its CO2 emissions as part of COP21 signed in Paris and hence we hope to see significant changes in both Public and Private Sector to enforce the use of EE proven Technologies.

MAESCO pointed that the Key Differentiation for Energy Services Companies is to provide Energy Performance Contracts to customers.
